To use the tool, you need to have:

• Programmes R and RStudio,
• CEESEN-BENDER tool prototype R codes,
• the data set to feed into the program (you can use the Excel file uploaded here),
• CEESEN-BENDER tool prototype’s codebook,
• user manual.

We suggest starting with user manual and proceed step-by-step following instructions.

1. Install the program R,
2. Install RStudio,
3. Install additional R packages (copy the R codes into the R script window),
4. Load the data set into R environment,
5. Run the statistical model to produce the ranking of buildings for renovation.
