
Hector has over twenty years of experience with civil society organizations in the United States and Estonia, focusing on energy management, environmental science, and social services. He has lectured on public policy and led workshops on project management, fundraising, and policy analysis.
He has coordinated EU green transition projects including PANEL2050, CEESEU, CEESEU-DIGIT, CEESEN-BENDER, and GoGreen. His policy work also includes the EU DAPHNE-funded WHOSEFVA project supporting elderly female victims of abuse.

Elis holds an MSc in environmental protection and has over 20 years of experience leading renewable energy projects at national and EU levels, including coordination, training, and communication. Over the past fourteen years, she has strengthened cooperation with local municipalities and policymakers in Estonia and the CEE region.
She leads the UN SDG workgroup for EMU’s Green University initiative and has focused on cooperation and dissemination at the Centre of Renewable Energy since 2006. Elis organizes the annual “Investigation and Usage of Renewable Energy Sources” conference, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, and politicians to discuss key developments.

Lenard’s expertise covers meteorology, climatology, forestry, environment, and arid lands resource sciences. He has dedicated much of his career to UN agencies and international organizations, with over 25 years of experience in international development. His focus areas include food security, poverty assessments, livelihoods, evaluations, project design and management (nutrition-sensitive agriculture, tropical peatlands, etc). He also specializes in sustainable livelihoods within the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, specifically addressing the climate crisis’s impact on natural ecosystems and social structures. Lenard coordinated and evaluated energy and climate action plans at the University of Tartu and has lectured on meteorology & climatology, water resources, and alternative energy.

Sander is currently studying for a BA in Journalism and Communications. He manages most of CEESEN’s communication and dissemination activities, including content creation, partner communication, and media relations. He has over four years of experience coordinating and managing various youth projects and has also worked as a journalist.

Anette is currently studying MA in Clinical Psychology. She is managing most of CEESEN’s administrative tasks, including supporting communications with partners, organizing events, and assisting in submitting international funding proposals.
