The event will focus on enhancing regional cooperation, showcasing best practices, and leveraging digital tools to support local and regional authorities in achieving their energy and climate goals. The links between Social climate plans (SCP), National Energy and Climate Plans (NECP), regional Energy and Climate Action Plans (ECAP) and local Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAP) will be presented and discussed as well as the impact of these plans to communities especially vulnerable and marginalised groups.

Through interactive sessions, panel discussions, workshops and networking opportunities, the conference will empower participants to drive the transition toward a sustainable, low-carbon future while addressing the unique challenges of the region.
