The World Energy Council introduced their new methodology for evaluating national energy policies in Tallinn on November 15th 2016. I would like to share the links to the recorded presentations with. The work of the key speaker Dr. C. Frei has been a big inspiration for building up the concept for the PANEL2050 project and CEESEN.
